Still Water Flats is a gated community with five houses on a private road. There are 4 chalets which include 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is one family home which includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Still Water Flats can accommodate multiple families when all five homes are booked together. Homes are located on the waterfront of Watauga River with easy access to kayaking and fishing. Still Water Flats is located inside of Johnson City, TN with easy access to Kingsport and Bristol.
